Step by Step

How to Measure
Yourself

For the most accurate fit, take your measurements while wearing an unpadded bra. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it level around your body.

Band Size (Underbust)

Measure directly under your bust where the bra band sits. The tape should be snug but comfortable — you should be able to fit two fingers underneath.

Cup Size (Bust)

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Don't pull too tight — the tape should simply rest against your skin.

Calculate Your Cup

Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. Each inch equals one cup size: 1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, 4" = D, 5" = DD/E.

Waist & Hip (for underwear)

Measure your natural waist at its narrowest point, then measure your hips at their fullest point — usually about 8 inches below the waist.
